Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All classes must be booked in advance. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Trial classes are charged at
the advertised rate. Class fees are non-transferable unless agreed.
Cancellations
Please let Anna know as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Refunds are not available for
missed classes. A class credit may be offered at Anna's discretion.
Class Cancellations
If Anna's Dance Fitness cancels a class, an alternative class, class credit or refund will be offered
where appropriate.
Health
You confirm you are fit to participate, will disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries and
participate at your own risk.
Responsibility
Wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring a drink and work within your own abilities.
Photography
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let Anna know if you prefer not to
appear.
Behaviour
Classes are friendly and inclusive. Disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of future bookings.
Belongings
Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
Changes
Timetables, venues or instructors may change if necessary.
Data Protection
Your information is only used to administer your classes and comply with legal obligations.
Additional
Minimum class numbers may apply. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be
admitted. Classes do not run during advertised holidays and half terms.
